This auction is for a Department 56 Retired Christmas in the City, Music Emporium (Item #55312). The issue date: 1992-1996. Green Book Value $60.00.

The house is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. The house comes with its original box and light. However, the sleeve has some wear from storage/age and the top portion of the lid of the Styrofoam box has a torn edge.

A great piece for the collector!
