This auction is for a Department 56 Retired Dickens Village, "Burwickglen Golf Clubhouse"
 (Item #58477). The issue date: 2000-2002. Original Purchase Price $96.00.

This building is brand new and has never been displayed. It was taken out of the box just for its photo. It is in mint condition in original box & sleeve.

The house is approximately 10 inches wide, 9 inches tall and 6 inches deep comes with sign, 9 pennants, and "pin" are separate in box.

A great piece for the collector!
